The Big Island and a Couple of Days on Lanai
I love to visit Hawaii. And I especially love to visit the Big Island because of all of the different ecosystems and all of the different activities and interesting things to do. Yes, it also has beautiful sand beaches and clear water and tons of fish and turtles like the other Hawaiian islands, but it also has an active volcano and a mountain with snow that you can ski on. Anyway, this past trip we tacked on a few extra days to spend on Lanai after our week on the Big Island. Those few days on Lanai were awesome. We rented a jeep and went to shipwreck beach. We visited the Garden of the Gods. And we relaxed around the pool at the Manele Bay Resort.
