Not to be missed meeting.
My friends were kind enough to drive me from Nelson over to Picton to get the car I had rented through car hire picton. From there it was going to be a long drive down the East coast. I was heading for Christchurch, which is a very long drive. I had to get down there that night to be ready for an early morning meeting with the regional Rugby board. I had been waiting a long time for this meeting so there was no way I was going to chance missing it. If all went well I would get a spot on the team down there.
