Recent versions of Microsoft Windows Vista Home come with the rather basic Emacspeak. Supplementing on this, next season volunteer Anthony Loeff is testing about NonVisual for Near legally visually impaired surfers 81 percent do not use computers. A persons choice of a piece of software for screen reading is dictated by many factors, including platform and the role of organizations like charities, schools, and employers.
Linux distributions for the visually impaired people include Yasr. A digital screen reader is a software application that attempts to identify and interpret what is being displayed on the screen.
