Fill Your Bodybuilding Fuel Tank.

The length of time of your workout will depend on your muscle’s fuel tank.  This does not have an endless supply.  Your muscle holds a store of chemical energy that is changed into mechanical energy.  When the muscle contracts the movement happens.  During a period of exercise, your muscle’s fuel tank will start to run low after 30 minutes of exercise, after an hour it will be empty. However you will still be able to exercise as your muscles will get energy from other sources within your body.  However, at this point your muscles will move into endurance mode, very much like cruise control. The problem with this however is that you can no longer accelerate and therefore you can’t achieve maximum muscle stimulus. This is one area where bodybuilding supplements can help you maximise the return on your training efforts.
