I have some questions about Bulgarian property
Recently, I saw some Bulgarian property for sale — it was listed on an online website. My family is from this country, so I am extremely interested in the possibility of owning this property — I would like to be able to rent it out, but I do not know whether, as a landlord, I would be required to live in that country — which I don’t want to do — or whether I could live in the United States or England and still own these rental properties. I guess what I need is someone who is knowledgeable about real estate matters in this part of the world.
