I am in the unique position of not being able to afford to buy cheap furniture. Not that I don’t have the money to buy cheap furniture, it is just that I do not have enough money to buy something of poor quality only to have to replace it in a short period of time. This is most noted in bedroom furniture. Spending a fair amount of money on a good quality bedroom set can last you forever. True, these purchases are not cheap, but they are worth the price, a good quality mattress or a solid wood bed frame, or dresser, or even nightstand, all will for many years. It is more likely your tastes will change before these pieces of furniture breakdown on you.
