Making Salad With Chicken
I love chicken salad! Everyone who knows me knows that. The thing is there are so many different ways to make chicken salad. I personally like mine to be somewhat sweet. Arby’s makes a good chicken salad. It has grapes and walnuts in it. The problem is when you go to Arby’s to get a chicken salad sandwhich you get more bread than chicken salad. There is a deli in our neighborhood that also makes a good chicken salad. It needs to he topped with their tomato basil dressing though to make it sweet enough for me. I haven’t found a recipe yet though for a chicken salad that I can make that fits my palate. Most chicken salad is either too dry or not seasoned enough. It’s just kind of bland. If there would be a way to combine a moist chicken salad with a fruity flavor (besides adding grapes) I would love it.
