Is the Real Estate crisis over?
I’m wondering when the real estate crisis will be over so I can get back to making money by flipping homes. I just hope that the market will not be flooded this time like it was last time. There were so many so called investors that they didn’t know house flipping basics and lost a lot of money. Oh well, that just means there are more opportunities to make money in real estate for those of us who do know what we’re doing! Once I get an indication that this housing crisis is over, I’ll slowly start reinvesting my money in foreclosed homes and other house flipping techniques. It really will be an Investors market in some cities.
