Be careful before buying property in Bulgaria
When we bought our home in florida 2 years ago we thought we were buying in a booming market. Little did we know that that market bubble was about to burst. Now my husband has decided to set up a company in Bulgaria and buy property in Bulgaria that we can rent out the houses to travelers for vacation rentals. I thought Florida was a risk but this is beyond anything i can even rap my brain around. He insists that because the US real estate market is struggling that we need to look to Europe to make our fortune.
