Almost Winning the Tournament with Our Daiwa Reels
We dared not enter the tournament without our Daiwa reels. Viento Baitcast reels were the best choice. That the units looked cool in reflector blue were an added benefit. What we really needed, however, were the precision drag, anti-backlash controls and fast spool in a lightweight package. That was exactly what we got from Daiwa reels. Although we didn’t quite get the grand prize, we have no complaints as to our equipment. Daiwa reels came through for us. Perhaps we just hadn’t had enough practice. Beginning next week, our team is going to start training for next year’s competition. It’s going to be a weekend affair. Next year, we’re coming back with a bang – our Daiwa reels on hand and more experience behind us!
