What I REALLY Need to Do!
My repertoire of diet ideas, systems and gimmicks is overloaded. My new weight loss idea is to throw all of this stuff out and go with my common sense! Imagine that, using my own brain to decide if I should eat something or not. You see, having been on this earth 50 plus years, I have accumulated vast amounts of data about dieting. So, it is not that I don’t have the knowledge; it is that I really, deep down, don’t want to diet! The answer is don’t diet. What we need to do is change our lifestyle. Eat more fruits and vegetables, less refined sugars and exercise!
