What do we do?

So when we are told over and over that we can actually do something significant about aging what do we do? Do we just go out and buy the stuff or do we spend the time to investigate the latest programs or do we just ignore them? Take resveratrol supplements for example. All over the internet the most amazing claims are being made and even Oprah and 60 minutes and CNN and all these different places are saying that it is the latest thing to be taking. Apparently it can make me live much longer and healthier lives but really? Is it true?
