I notice on the internet a hundred and one adverts about this treatment and that treatment for hair loss. Some of them may work, many are probably heavy on promises and short on results. Yet one of the things that can affect hair loss which many people fail to take into account is our general state of health and especially the stress levels we are living with. Stress and hair loss are definitely linked. Think about it. The scalp and the hair follicles need a good supply of healthy oxygenated blood to work well and keep hair growing. Stress can have a massive effect on our circulatory system and quality of blood supply and the amount of oxygen we take in through breathing. Just paying attention to lifestyle and keeping up a good diet with exercise can reduce stress and in turn help with the hair loss problem.
