Losing Weight Fast Starts with a Goal

There are a lot of things you can do to loose weight fast, but in talking to many people who have actually been successful at it, they all share one common characteristic (or their weight loss plan, rather): goal setting. To get started, you should make a goal. Nothing too crazy or unattainable, you don’t want to start off by saying you want to lose 100 pounds.

It should be realistic and achievable through hard work, and it should be incremental. For example, first make a simple goal to lose 20 pounds. That should seem doable for anyone willing to put forth effort. Once that goal is met, set an additional goal, rewarding yourself at each step.
