How my uncle’s wife’s insurance came to his medical rescue
Most weekends my uncle Hank can be found in the harbor sailing on his sloop. He enjoys sailing very much. It’s his hobby. It wasn’t always like this. Three years ago he came down with a very serious illness. His health insurance at the time didn’t cover his type of illness. Fortunately his wife had good insurance of this type and he was covered. He was covered even though his condition was a pre-existing condition. After several months of regular doctor’s visits and the right prescription medication, my uncle overcame his health difficulties. Next year it’s my uncle’s desire to sail from Seattle Washington to Seaside Oregon.
