Plan A Diet
To lose fat, proteins, fruits, vegetable and healthy fats are good to have in your diet plan. For breakfast, you can have eggs with tomatoes and bell peppers, a few slices of orange with green tea. After that, you can have cottage cheese with crackers or an apple. Lean chicken, green vegetable such as bok choy with tomato mixed with extra virgin oil would be your lunch. For snacks, you can have a packet of mixed nuts and after workout; you can have brown rice with mixed vegetables and banana. For dinner, chicken with spinach mixed with baby carrots and a pear sound good! Pre-bed time, try having some berries or ground flax seed with cottage cheese and fish oil.
