High Level

The abs are made up of 4 muscles and this means that you have to train them with a high level of intensity.  Most people do not want to here this though.  If there is work involved people do not want to do it.  This is nothing new.  The best abdominal exercises that I know of are all tough.   But when you are ready you will make sure that you get it done.  I know that I want to get good results, so I do hard workouts.  You will see that these are the ones that will really get it done.  That is what it is about.
