Thinking About Applying for a Culinary Apprenticeship

I have just started taking some culinary classes at my local college. I have really enjoyed everything that I have learned and would like to get some practical, hands on experience and learning as well. I have been thinking about applying for a culinary apprenticeship. I am a strong believer in the fact that the best way to learn is by doing. I also think that something like that would look great on my resume and would really give me an edge when I go to apply for a job when I am done with my courses. I am going to look online and see what I can find.

My entire life I have wanted to go to culinary school. I think it all started when I saw a really exciting chef on the television.  There was something that was really special with that guy and it captured my attention.  I started watching cooking shows as often as I could.  I eventually found myself planning on attending paris culinary school.  I have now been enrolled here for 2 months and absolutely love it.  I cannot believe that I am studying where some of my favorite chefs have learned the trade.  I cannot wait to get out into the world with this new venture.
