I have just started taking some culinary classes at my local college. I have really enjoyed everything that I have learned and would like to get some practical, hands on experience and learning as well. I have been thinking about applying for a culinary apprenticeship. I am a strong believer in the fact that the best way to learn is by doing. My entire life I have wanted to go to culinary school.
