Working in Ireland
If you are a European Union national then you are entitled work in Ireland for full or part-time employment or even self-employment, and you will not require an employment permit. However if you are from Bulgaria or Romania you must have an employment permit for a continuous period of 12 months. After that you will not need an employment permit to work in Ireland.
Jobs across Ireland are relitevely easy to get for other nationals from countries of the EEA (European Economic Area), such as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland, becasue they do not need employment permits to work in Ireland at all.
