The real estate career my mom is starting part-time
My mother has been in the real estate industry for eight years. She works on the property management side of things. She likes this because she always gets a steady paycheck. A few days ago she got some mail that had to do with marketing for mortgage brokers. She has always been interested in this area of the business. Yesterday she told me over the phone that she is going to start making some loans. She had a broker friend who would let her work part-time. She wanted to start out this way to learn if this was the type of thing she wanted to do full-time.
