Reliable Time and Attendance System
I have always wondered why some businesses still use the old fashioned punch clocks for their employees. Especially in this day and age when there are so many great time and attendance systems available at very reasonable rates. I am able to keep track of all of my employees from the moment they clock in to the moment they leave for the day. I am able to track who is on lunch and how long they are taking! I think this new system has really cut down on employees trying to take advantage of long lunches and breaks. Now everything is documented which makes my life much easier.
