How much are the closing costs for home mortgages?
I am trying to find out which type of home mortgage Hamilton companies are offering would be the best for me. I am trying to find out whether I need to get 100% financing or whether I can afford to put down a down payment, but in order to do that I need to find out what closing costs would be so that I can factor that in. Can anyone tell me where I can get a good idea of what I will need to pay for closing costs? I would hate to put down a down payment and then not have enough to cover all of the closing costs.
