A Plan That Works For Everyone

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

While looking for a new job I discovered that prospective employers are now running credit checks on possible new hires in order to establish reliability.  The school of thought being, if you are not responsible enough to pay your bills you are probably not responsible enough to do your job.  I intend to do something about my debt issues immediately.  A friend of mine directed me to a wonderful debt consolidation firm.  What many people don’t understand is that creditors are usually willing to accept lower payments in order to get the debt paid down.   They will work together with my representatives to come up with one monthly payment with which everyone can live.

Is Debt Consolidation a Good Idea

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

It may seem like a reasonable idea to combine all of your debts into one lower payment with a debt consolidation loan. But it may only make sense if you are getting not only a lower interest rate, but a short-term loan. If you refinance your home to pull out some equity to pay off your debts, for example, you may pay far more in the end. Why? Because even 6% annual interest adds up to a lot more than 18% when it is paid for thirty years instead of four or five.  Do the math and you’ll see that in the long run you are usually better off just finding a way to pay those high-interest debts quickly.

I Need a Face Lift!

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

I’ve decided I need a face lift. I’m tired of looking my age, and these wrinkle creams are not helping! But how do I find a cosmetic surgeon? I’ve never done anything like this before, and to tell you the truth, I’m a little embarrassed to ask around. My friend’s sister had a really great eye lift recently, but I’m not sure if I should ask her for the name of her surgeon. I don’t want to offend her! Still, I’ve heard that personal recommendations are a great way to find the best doctors. What do the rules of etiquette say about plastic surgery? Help!

The coupons and codes I have are all out of date now. I keep searching for Godaddy coupon 2009 but am not seeing anything particularly new. I think perhaps the buzz has fizzled a little bit. But you would think that online there might be more and more people who want to have their own domain names and websites, and I would have thought this number of people would not only be ever lasting, ut would grow over time. Online growth seems to be accelerating, but so many people are using closed systems like facebook which really doesn’t help the web at all. There are so many people who only use social networks and never look elsewhere on the web at all. To me that’s just weird.

Teaching An Old Dog

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

I have been a photographer for 35 years.  In that time everything about the career has changed.  Gone are the days of shoot and hope you got some good shots.  Digital has completely evolved into a league of it’s own.  It is great because it is possible to give clients exactly what they want at a quick pace.  However, when you have to re-learn everything about your job, it can be a little discouraging.  One lesson I definitely have learned is not to pay more than necessary for the cables I use.  Online I can order the items I need, DVI to HDMI, for a lower price while receiving better products.

When it Comes to Software Product Reviews are our Friends

Monday, April 27th, 2009

The person who taught me the most useful information about running and repairing computers was a college professor.  Unlike other instructors who focused on the technical aspects, he loved to give real-world advice and show us the most logical way to do things.  I still remember and use a phrase he used constantly.  He would tell us that product reviews are our friends.  The class was actually given assignments requiring us to learn about products and report on them.  Last week I noticed my computer was getting sluggish so I went online and found a registry optimization software buyer review.  It gave me what I needed to buy the right product and, as I downloaded the product, I smiled, thinking my professor would approve.

A Whole Set Of Saucy Lingerie From Me

Monday, April 27th, 2009

It’s our wedding anniversary next week.  We have come so far, Mel and I.  It’s going to be our ninth anniversary as couple.  I know it’s not much for people.  But looking at the statistics of divorce rate, it is definitely something already on a positive note.  Marriage is hard but it becomes a lot easier when the two of you try to work things out together.  The keyword is “together” and it comes with it the trust, understanding and open communication with each other.  As my surprise to Mel, she will be receiving a whole set of saucy lingerie from me.  I got it from my officemate who sells top quality lingerie such as corsets, teddies and the works.

Fort Lauderdale Web Design Will Help You Stand Apart from the Competition

Monday, April 27th, 2009

It is not easy to design your own website, and let’s face it, companies that offer pre-made websites are often trying to get you to enroll in their web hosting program, which is often more expensive than it is on sites that don’t offer websites. Even worse, these pre-made websites are often cookie cutter sites that offer nothing original to those using them. That is why Fort Lauderdale web design is the perfect option for your web design. They offer affordable solution to your web design needs and they provide you with original websites relevant to your business that will help you stand out from the competition.
