Raising Metabolism to Burn More Fat

The best way to boost metabolism is to build muscle gradually by lifting weights. This adds extra lean muscle to your body, which require more calories to function throughout the day. Thus, the calories you consume are being burned up all the time, and it’s easier to have a lower net calorie count when eating the same amount of food.
Obviously this still requires a sound diet, but it helps nonetheless.
