Some weight training tips
Saturday, August 30th, 2008When weight training you want to be sure your doing a few things before, during, and after your work out. Some weight training tips I would like to give you are these: Always, always, always stretch fully before you start. If you don’t stretch you could end up pulling a muscle because it may be too tight and cause severe pain. When you stretch you also warm the muscles up a bit. You also want to do some light reps to warm them up as well. when your done stretching and before warm up reps you want to get your cardio going to maintain your energy and to keep your heart pumping the blood efficiently.
