I want to give you one quick tip that you can change right now and it will decrease the calories you’re taking in and help you drop belly fat.
Do you eat snacks at work or in the evening each day? What are they normally? Crackers, cookies, chips? Cut all of those out, we’ll call them empty calories because they don’t offer much for the body. Switch them out for vegetables or fruit for an entire month. Also don’t eat after 8 PM or so most nights. Give this a try and other things equal you’ll see a difference.
